REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit card to guarantee and pay for your Next Level Tag reservation. Deposits will not be returned in the event of cancelation by host. 

 

RETURNED CHECKS:

We must assess a $35 fee for any check that is returned to us due to insufficient funds.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Next Level Tag is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Next Level Tag as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.  We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 25 miles from 03856 zip codes.

 

BAD WEATHER:

Next Level Tag's gear is designed for all types of weather conditions. -There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm, or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. For our outdoor activities like laser tag, all of them can be played in the rain or snow.  If you would like to reschedule due to the weather we need at least 12 hours' notice prior to the start of your event. For our outdoor activities, there is no rescheduling fee as long as it is weather-related.

 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

Next Level Tag does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the event location.

DAMAGE/INJURY:

Next Level Tag or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property. This includes both the above grounds and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Next Level Tag reserves the right to charge the client for damages to the equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client’s guests. Next Level Tag and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

PICTURES:

While your party is in effect the Game Providers may be taking pictures of the party. You will then be able to view these pictures on Next Level Tag Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game providers to take these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. We do not always take photos, however if you do we would love for you to tag us when you post them to social media sites. https://www.facebook.com/NextLevelTag/ We do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the Principal.

TIPS:

The Game Providers are there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. The game provider inspires, and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required. A review on Google, Facebook, Yelp, or any other site is always another great way to let us know that you enjoyed your event!
